Your First Visit
How to prepare so we can make the most of your time together.
What to bring
Having these with you lets us review everything at the visit instead of waiting for records.
- All outside imaging on a CD or disc: X-rays, MRI, and CT scans done outside our clinic. Ask the imaging center for a disc with the actual images, not only the report. Please bring the written radiology reports for each study as well.
- Photo ID and insurance card (military ID for military beneficiaries).
- A current medication list, including doses, supplements, and any allergies.
- Prior surgical records: operative reports from any earlier surgery on the joint, and recent physical therapy notes.
- Your questions, written down so nothing gets missed.
Referrals and who can be seen
Dr. Gee sees patients through Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point, which generally serves military beneficiaries. TRICARE and other military beneficiaries often need a referral for specialty care. Rules depend on your plan, so please check with the clinic before your visit.
